It must be passed out of 3yrs diploma / Btech/ or BE.
It has no minimum age. and its maximum age is decided by post.
❂ can apply 2nd year candidate?
yes , 2nd year can apply for this jobs because it has no any minimum age . but somethings you must be know about this application if you are apply for this exam but you can not take a jobs after crack examination.
because after passed exam then u have verify your all document and to do counselling.
