Educational Qualification

Only those candidates will be eligible for this post who fulfil the following educational qualifications: -

1.Junior Technical Associate (Engineering) (works)

Diploma or B Tech in Civil Engineering

2.Junior Technical Associate (Electrical/ TRD)


3. Junior Technical Associate (Signal)

Diploma OR B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering 

 Note: 

  • Degree / Diploma in Related Trade Post.
  • General : 60% Marks
  • OBC NCL : 55% Marks
  • SC / ST : 50% Marks

Age Limit

According to job Recruitment Notification, the maximum age limit for candidates is 18 years. However, age relaxation is applicable for Serving Central Govt. employees, Ex-Servicemen, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.

·Read the notification carefully to understand the eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, age limit, and other requirements for the desired position.

·Once you have ensured that you meet the eligibility criteria, click on the Apply online link.

·Fill in the required personal details such as name, date of birth, gender, category, contact information, and address in the online application form.

· Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-sized photograph, signature, and any other documents as specified in the instructions.

·Carefully review all the entered information to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

·Pay the application fee through the available online payment options such as Net, UPI, credit card, or debit card, etc. Alternatively, you can make the payment in offline mode by visiting the nearest SBI Branch.

·After successful payment, submit the application form.

Selection Process

SELECTION CRITERIA-DIVISION OF MARKS

(A) GATE Percentile /Qualification: 55 marks

(B) Experience: 30 marks

(C) Personality/Intelligence/Interview: 15 marks

Total: 100 Marks 

Note: The selection shall be purely on merit basis. Candidates shall be selected on the basis of the total marks obtained. Non-GATE qualified candidates shall be
selected only if the vacancy remains unfilled after selection of GATE qualified
candidates, irrespective of the total marks obtained by them. 


Personality Test: Candidates 03 times in number shall be called for appearing in
the Personality Test. The candidates will be shortlisted for appearing in the
Personality Test on the basis of marks obtained for GATE Percentile/

Qualification. If, GATE qualified candidates are not available in adequate number
in a particular category, other candidates possessing the Minimum Educational
Qualification specified in para 3 above shall be considered for appearing in the
Personality Test. GATE qualified candidates shall be placed en-block above the
Non-GATE qualified candidates, irrespective of marks obtained against GATE
Percentile/qualification criterion. For such candidates, marks on educational
qualification shall be computed by multiplying the overall percentage of Marks
obtained for all the years/Semesters by 0.50.
During the Personality Test, the candidates shall be awarded marks on following
broad guidelines:
A. Technical knowledge in the relevant field (Practical and theoretical
knowledge of the work, knowledge of quality tests, specifications, Codal
provisions etc.): 5 Marks
B. Personality, initiative, communication skills and general awareness: 5 Marks
C. Proficiency in computer working, CAD, CAM, Project Management etc. :
5 Marks
